Services We Provide

Responsible / Appropriate Adult

We offer independent Responsible/Appropriate Adult services for children, young people, and vulnerable adults who need a trusted adult present during important conversations or decision‑making processes.

Our role includes:

  • Safeguarding their welfare

  • Ensuring communication is clear and accessible

  • Helping them understand what is being discussed

  • Monitoring the process for fairness and requesting adjustments where needed

  • Providing calm, consistent support throughout

This service strengthens the individual’s ability to participate confidently while ensuring their rights, dignity, and wellbeing remain at the centre.

Return Home Interviews (RHI)

We provide independent Return Home Interviews for children and young people who have been missing from the care of the local authority. The interview offers a safe, calm space for them to share what happened, explore any worries or risks, and talk about what support they may need.

This service helps professionals to:

  • Understand the reasons behind the missing episode

  • Strengthen safety planning

  • Ensure the young person feels heard, respected, and supported as they return

We offer workshops for care-experienced young people aged 16 and over, as well as separated children and young people coming into the care system.

Our programmes are designed to:

  • Address individual needs through targeted workshops and activities
  • Build skills and confidence on the pathway to independence
  • Help young people navigate life in the UK with greater understanding around living in the UK.

Our goal is to empower every young person to thrive.

Professionals can access our training by completing a referral form.
When making a referral, please indicate whether the training is for:

  • Professionals
  • Care-experienced young people
  • Separated children and young people

This ensures we can tailor the content to meet the needs of the participants.

We offer flexible delivery options:

  • Training sessions can be provided either virtually (online) or face-to-face, depending on what works best for your team.
  • All workshops are delivered face-to-face, to create an engaging  environment for children and young people.
